Very disappointing service.

My delivery is delayed, and when I contacted customer service to follow up, they were not even apologetic about the inconvenience caused. There was no sense of urgency, accountability, or customer care. Delays can happen, but the lack of professionalism and empathy made the experience far worse. I expected better service and communication.
