Very Disappointed With Service at Mr Price Rosebank

I visited the Mr Price store in Rosebank on 23 October 2025 to exchange a pair of shoes. I had the original slip, but not the card used for payment. The staff refused to assist me, even after I explained that I was willing to take another item worth R30 to make up the difference.

What upset me most was the rude attitude of one of the male staff members. He spoke without listening and treated me with no respect at all. I was left feeling irritated and disappointed.

I’ve always loved shopping at Mr Price and have done exchanges at other branches without any problem, so I didn’t expect this kind of treatment. I hope management looks into this and improves customer service at the Rosebank branch.
