Very Disappointed – Item Missing and No Real Support

I recently made a purchase through your online store and received all the items I ordered except for one. I specifically bought a product that was advertised as a Wonderbra Mat and Sheer Thong set, and I took a screenshot of the listing as proof. However, I only received the thong — not the full set. This is very misleading. If this was due to an error on your system, it should not be the customer’s responsibility.

As a loyal Mr Price customer who shops both online and in-store, I find this unacceptable. This is not the first time I've experienced an issue — in the past, I purchased several items, including an accessory that was never included in the delivery. At that time, I let it go, but this time I feel it needs to be addressed.

Additionally, last month I was unable to log into my account for some reason. I contacted your support team but was sent from one solution to another, I was told to download the app, then wait 24 hours, but the problem was never resolved. I use your website not an app so Eventually, I had to use another email address and check out as a guest. This was inconvenient, especially for someone who shops regularly.

I would appreciate a proper solution regarding the missing item — either the item I believed I was purchasing, or an appropriate alternative. Thank you.
