Very disappointed in Mr price

More than 8 years of being with Mr price and all I get from them is nothing. On the 15/03/2023 I made an enquiry on legal services that they can provide me with and still to date I have not heard from them, made follow up with them on the email that was provided to me and still they did not bother to respond. I am very disappointed in their level of customer service
