Very disappointed in how they handling the take out of a laybye

This thing of have to wait in the que to take out a laybye its not fair at all.. I waited in the que for like 15 minutes to take out my laybye I then waited another 20 to 25 minutes waiting for my laybye to be found.. Too much waiting
