Very disappointed and shocked

I spoke to a lady in July and she said as long as I pay something the account will be fine, however I can not use my credit until the full amount is paid. Which I agreed on, the actual amount payable monthly was R250 that we agreed to.

Now you have handed me over and I lost all my credit and I don't have an account with Mr Price anymore, this is really really bad. I have skipped January, and in February 10/02/2026 I went in to settle my account.

Then my slip shows that I have credit available, I asked the lady I paid with if my account is now fine and she said yes. I went to get stuff for the hospital, when I wanted to pay, they said to me I have no credits available, which should have been over R3000 worth of credits is now just gone because I paid 3 days late!

According to the support team even if you make payment arrangements, your account is still not safe, you are still in arrears and According to him I have not paid in the last 6 months (even if you pay the installation amount due) you have to settle your account then it will be fine, what is then the point in making arrangements and doing what you can to get it up to date if they will cancel it anyways. Now my account is canceled, because I paid 3 days late are you serious?!
