Very disappointed
Went to Mr Price Sport Argyle to buy soccer boots for my sons. They were priced to go at R99. When I couldn't find the sizes, I asked the assistant to check with the other stores. After waiting a while, he came back and said no other store had stock. I was forced to buy 2 pairs at R279.99 each and found one for my youngest son size for R99 so instead of spending R300, I ended up spending R660 which was more than double. That was fine until I went into the Gateway store this weekend and found all the sizes available for R99. This was very upsetting as the assistant said he checked with all the stores and the guy at the Gateway branch said they had them available for weeks. The incompetency of the staff at Argyle cost me R360 and this is very upsetting and disappointing.

Got a call from someone at Mr Price who kindly assisted. She said I could go into a store and tell a store assistant that I was there to collect a store voucher okayed by her. Problem is as I had nothing in writing, no one knew what I was talking about.
Now I've forgotten her name and am stuck.
