Very bad service from Insurance department at MR Price

I am extremely disappointed. I have been struggling to get ahold of ANYONE form the insurance department for the past month. When contacting the customer care team they simply do not give a **** an just forwards the email to the insurance department. I am on hold for 15+ minutes every time i try to call. This is so unprofessional and I would most definitely NOT recommend anyone from signing up for the insurance. You will pay and pay and pay but as soon as YOU need help the just do not give a sh*t.
