Very bad service

Mr price kiddies Eastgate Very bad service. I wanted to exchange shoes from me price. They told me that I cannot since this is not for adults. This is same brand though. I asked for the manager Inchage dumisani. He told no he can't take the shoes I must go to the other Mr price which is on the other side. This need to change he should have taken the shoes and transferred them to the other mr price.simple.he was so unprofessional. Train Your staff
