Very bad service

Mr price The workshop is ******* I wouldn't recommend anyone to do a laybuy at that branch, ******* service. So here's the story, I made a laybuy at the end of September and when I went to take out my laybuy I was told to wait for hours only for the manager to tell me they cannot find my laybuy parcel and the store manager did not show any remorse at all.
