Very bad service

I went to Mr Price Jakaranda today and the service was very bad they did not tell use we standing in the wrong end of the line just ignored us and the manager was there. I wanted to take out my layby and they said they are offline, It was around 14:00 when I went, and I went back now around 17:00 they still offline. Isn't there anything they can do to take out the layby and they can fix it when they online. 😡😡😡
