Very Bad Online shopping Service

I love doing online shopping on Mr Price website. i placed order on the 29/10/2019 and received an email saying i will get my order on the 07/11/2019 which was last week thursday and i havent received it. i even tried to chat with Thobani, Shivani and Clancy last week. Thobani told me that i will get my order latest friday 08/11 by 16:30 and if i dont get the order i will be compesated. after 16:30 on friday i spoke to Clancy and she said my order was only out for deliver on friday and i will only get it on monday. Today i checked my order and it was still saying shipped, i asked and Clancy changed and said my order will be delivered today. i was very angry and i stopped chatting with Clancy online and i called the Mr Price customer service on *** and a lady i spoke to put me on hold for about 10minutes and when she came back she said my order was given to the courier company and she just decided to put me through to the courier company, a lady answered and asked for my order number, after giving her the number she said she has all my details she will call me back after two minutes and that was 11:30 and im still waiting for her. i just want to know what happened to the great service that i received the first time i ordered online. and what makes me angry is i already paid for my order but they are giving me ru arounds. I am so disappointed.
