Very Bad experience with Mr Price Online purchases

I made a purchase online with Mr Price online on my PC for a Denim rider jacket X1 and i received communication by email that the order is confirmed. 2days later i received another email saying it has been shipped. And a few minutes ago im receiving another email to say its delivered but i havent signed any document, i have not been called by any of Mr Price staff confirming this and I have not received the jacket to this very minute yet they promised to send it door-to-door. I'm surprised to receive email saying I received it. I need urgent he'll my order number is ***. This has upset me as this is my first experience buying online
