Very bad customer service

I went too Mr price kids key West for an exchange on shoes Met a lady she says she goes by the name of Bongi this lady refused to do my exchange cuase apparently the shoes were dirty she showed off and gave me such a terrible attitude it actually made me feel small

I don't understand how the shoes were dirty when they were not even worn yet il be glad too send a picture if I should.

Said if I had a bought the shoes in her store she was gladly going too exchange it so I should go back where I bought them cuase I'm creating stock loss and it's going too cost the company alot of money for them too take the shoes back too cradle stone so she said I should sell the shoes or take them back myself otherwise I will be stuck with the shoes .

Stock loss how? Am I *****ing her stock?am I the who created thier stock loss?

I've been a loyal customer too Mr price for a very long time even have a account there she's really not representing mr price very well be cuase she is very rude too the customers

I'm not that stupid I work in a clothing store and I know the policies of exchange

I'm disappointed because I love Mr price merchandise
