Very bad and offensive

"I had a disturbing experience at Mr price located in Birch acres mall, when a cashier publicly scolded me in front of customers and colleagues. This embarrassing and unprofessional behavior made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. I hope that in the future, the store will take steps to ensure that customers are treated with dignity and respect."
