Very angry customer!

On Friday 29 April I did a online order. I made payment via Eft on Saturday 30 April and on Tuesday 3 May I received an email stating one of my items in my order is out of stock and was given a voucher. Lastnight I tried doing an online order for the same item in a different colour and added my bank card to pay the difference as I added another item to the order. I put the voucher and reference number and an error popes up saying the voucher is invalid no credit on it, just as I added my bank card a debit of R82.00 goes off and I did not even place an order?first you give me an invalid voucher then take money from my account? I want my money refundes that was taken from my card I want a voucher that actually works Because I paid for my order and when I places it all items were in stock if you cannot give me. Voucher that works I want Mt money refunded to my account. I am very very upset you have no right to take money from my account and give customers an invalid voucher. Someone better contact me TODAY!!!!!!OR I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER!!!!

One of your representatives did contact me via email mind you, I had to calling myself which is sooooo unprofessional. And they did not solve my problem. I was told the voucher will work later today it still does not. I was told that I must send my bank statement and card number. Now this is my personal bank statement why should I ne providing you with that when I sent a screen shot of my statement as well as the sms notifying me that the money was debited. So because hour so unhelpful I will ask my bank to investigate and reverse my money back to me and I would like my voucher.
