verry verry verry bad service will never shop there again

i bought me a phone at the store in canal walk and i do have a account at Mr Price . when i took the phone there for repairs they ignore me at firs i ask to speak to the manager a nother girl help me nobody know they work there nobody can give me a straight answer . all they ask is for a slip as i told them you dont need a slip to repair something when you are willing to pay for the repairs but stil no one make eye contact and give me a solution to fixs my phone is there anyone who can help or must i place a big add on facebook to tell the people not or ever buy anything from them i cant believe that i ever had this tipe off bad service from a store like that .I am bussy closing my account that i have with them after 10 years i think this was the worse service i ever had with a company alta naude
