Vat charged twice!!

Purchased a head wrap that is marked R39.90 INC VAT and I was emailed my receipt only to discover that the total cost was R45.99 with Vat of R6.00. This was at Mr. Price Sandton. I find this ********* and cheating clients. How long have you been charging Vat x2? This is unacceptable and its theft.
