Vangate mall branch offering service lower than a state hospital.

Hi,

I would like to lay a formal complaint against the Mr price clothing branch Vangate mall and their manager.

We live in the northern suburbs and my wife wanted a specific bag she saw online which cape gate does not have stock of. Cape gate confirmed that Vanguard mall has about 26 of the bags.

I am not willing to drive all the way out there so I asked a friend to collect and drop it when we see them tomorrow.

I called vangate mall to make a reservation for 1 of the bags. The staff and manager took 12minutes to tell me that they don't have the stock whereby I already confirmed with cape gate that they do got the stock.

The manager then told me its not on the floor it's still in the stock room and she can help me tomorrow.

Now the issue is why in the first place is stock kept at the back, all stock that is loaded on the system needs to be on the floor, right?

Sincerely you guys need to invest in your staff to help provide clients with better client service. Is it really that much of an issue to take 1 bag out of a box, keep it aside and have my friend pick it up within 10min?

The manager is just as *********** as she could have done the extra mile.

If i wanted the worst service I could have gone to a state hospital which your vangate branch is offering.
