Utterly shocking Service
I raised a complaint on 25 July about underwear purchased, was asked to send photo's etc - did that although a little late and to date, NO RESPONSE!!!<br> I simple resolution and I have to wait almost 3 months, really?<br>

We have been advised that we requested that you e-mail pictures of the underwear in order for us to escalate to our quality auditors, we did not however receive a response from you.
Please could you respond to the e-mail that was sent to you in order to assist you accordingly.
