Utterly DISGUSTED

This is just ridiculous. Called in regards to my account on numerous occassions since last week. Finally managed to get through to a consultant by the name of Nelendri who promised to call me back and to this day no call back. Have been calling every day and no answer

Is it so hard to pick up tour lines or even return a call back request

The service delivery is just disgraceful.
