USELESS TO SAY THE LEAST

Useless service!! I have sent countless emails for 3 weeks regarding the closure of my account. Not 1 person could care to reply. Went in store to fill in the documentation and my account still was not closed. I had to pay the account in full twice due to fees still adding up. No one answers the phone either. *********** PEOPLE!!!!! I will be taking this matter further if my account is not closed and I will definitely not be paying anything more. The LEAST you can do is let me know!!
