Useless to buy voucher this time of the year

am so dissapointed at Mr Price at Jabulani Mall Soweto , i went there Sunday and Monday they say the system is offline for vouchers , the dissapointment as i was in hurry to year end function and i needed a Jean and shirt as it was out theme but icould wear what i want because of their system how do they do vouchers knowing exactly that the is no use for them . is so unfortunate if the system is not working today Mr Price will have to give me outstanding amount left in the voucher so that i can enjoy my money in peace. Am very angry because i came out like someone who is unprepared and is it was like i didnt want to attend the function. :(
