Useless, time-wasting and amateur call centre agents!

I contacted the call centre on 06/12/2023 at 11:18 because I am not able to use my new account card online as it is not linked, I also cannot link my account because when I login it takes me to my old profile.

I got through to a lady and after explaining my issue she asked me to hold which I did for 30 minutes! A different agent got back to me and I had to explain again, she didn't say anything and everything just went quiet.

If these useless, time wasting amateur agents can't help me why can't they transfer my call to someone who can actually do their job instead of making me wait for nothing?!

Please do not waste your precious time trying to call these people, they can't do their jobs and want to get paid for nothing! The length of the call was exactly 31 minutes and 47 seconds btw.
