Useless Staff

Good day<br> <br> Do Mr Price staff know what they are doing ? Do they know how to do their jobs ?<br> It doesn't seem so !!<br> I had a stroke mid-November 2014 and subsequently am wheelchair bound and unable to work<br> I contacted Mr Price in Dec/Jan to inform them and claimed on the insurance.<br> I faxed all the required documents from the Mr Price store in Blue Route, Cape Town.<br> I still have all the documents.<br> <br> Despite doing all of that I am still getting phone calls and letters stating that my account is in arrears and threatening legal action.<br> It is now almost April yet this was never sorted out.<br> I did as instructed and sent all the documents yet nothing was done ?<br> <br> Why ?<br> <br> I have emailed before but received no reply ?<br> <br> Typical useless staff who don't do their jobs and leave the client to deal with the consequences.<br> <br> So is Mr Price actually going to sort this out ?
