USELESS SERVICE

I have never been so humiliated in a Mr Price store as I was at their cresta store yesterday.<br> <br> I went in knowing exactly what I wanted (a large leather rug), I stood there yanking the rug out of the display and no fewer than 2 staff members just walked past me. I eventually had to flag one down and ask for help.<br> <br> After this I browsed the store and took a few more items totallying almost R1300. <br> <br> When I got to the till all was rung up and I presented them with 2 gift cards which took just over R250 off my purchase. I then had an R500 cresta gift card to add to this.<br> <br> When I tried to pay the remainder with my store card I was told I should have presented my store card first and they would have offset my vouchers against my account and now are unable to proceed because they can neither accept my store card or refund my vouchers and start again. (I am under the impression you cant pay your account off with vouchers? I may be wrong).<br> <br> When I told the manager its not my problem and she needed to make a plan I got the blankest stare I've ever seen. Eventually I needed to volunteer my credit card which I ********, I want this rectified or I'll just close my account and move on!!!!!
