<p>Don't bother to try and open an account online if you are retired or a pensioner! The website is so user unfriendly and does not acknowledge that you are retired or a pensioner!! I have been trying for 2 days to open an account online! How can I supply employer details if I am retired ?? Clearly our money is not good enough!!</p>
