Useless in store application, inefficient account opening.

I app**** for an account from Mr Price Clothing Bayside mall on the weekend of the 30th of June 2019 and submitted my documents then. Since then its been a flurry of messages of send this to this number or send that to that email. Apparently the store made a mistake in my name and phone number so they ave to use my cellphone to check my progression. The last agent I talked to said she is correcting my ID number but when I called back today they could not find my application. I missed a call from them but I immediately called only to be told the same think resend your documentation. I think you should do away with instore applications because they are useless and a waste of time. I need feedback that is valid and progressive about the status of my account today please.
