Useless finance department keeps telling me I an in arrears and when I phone they say I am up to date!!!!

I have had it I keep getting sms's saying I am in arrears and neat to make a payment I AM UP TO DATE!!!! you idiots confirmed it when I phoned you last week this is now the second time please wake up
