Useless
Literally the worst online shopping experience. Deducted from my account then cancelled my order randomly. Customer service just ”resolved” my enquiry before I even got the chance to ask *** was going on. Then half my items were out of stock and they don’t refund- only give you a voucher. For a large company they are utterly useless.
