Useless Customer Service and Administration - Get your act together!

This is a review on behalf of my mom who is not technologically inclined. Her account was closed on the 24th of July 2020 which is almost a year ago to date, and then again she spoke to a Mrs.Govender telephonically, confirming the closure. She also physically went into the Fourways store to ensure the account was closed on the 10th of September 2020 - which it was. She completed all necessary forms and was advised there was no amount owing. She is being harassed to this date by Mr Price - demanding monies that are NOT owed and being threatened to have it taken further legally. I emailed customer care on 29 June and followed up again early July and still NO response from Mr Price, but they managed to phone her this morning (28 July) to harass her AGAIN for money. I have also tried to use the Mr Price "Contact us" messaging system which keeps returning and 'Error'. I am disgusted in this group and strongly suggest they contact me urgently regarding the matter.
