Useless customer service

Been waiting for feedback since 14 December regarding an oline order purchased in November. Have called and contacted customer service via whatsapp multiple times and keep getting the same response that they will get back to me. I have even left a review here on 15 December and was in correspondence via email but still no information has been received as to when I can expect to receive an order that they had incorrectly given to a customer in a completely different province. I have gone as far as to ask that the order be cancelled and my account credited and they are even too *********** to do that. I have never been more disappointed with any business's customer service.
