useless Cashiers
Good day.<br> <br> So I blocked my account few months ago because I lost my card. I so I went in to pay my acc as usual using ID Card so the cashier told me they cant find my acc on the system. So last week I got a call that I need to pay my account as soon as possible. I sent my Brother to pay it because Im away..He went in with my ID, statement they kept sending him away becuase they say they can find my acc on their system. I kept on receiving smses and call to make a payment. My Bro went in the stores countless time but they kept sending him away. NONE of your staff knew what to do! Please EDUCATE your staff of how your system work!
