Useless app and staff

The app is utterly useless, my account information is not pulling through correctly.

I tried using the Whatsapp line, what a nightmare. I'm told they have high chat volumes, just be patient. When the agent finally responded, they kept asking me to explain the issue, 3 times in a row.

I called the call center, guess what, the first lady said she is unable to assist. Called back, and was put on hold for 27 minutes. You should be ashamed of this terrible service.
