useless and of no help

2 weeks ago there were items on the website i wanted to purchase but they were out of stock,i enquired on the online chat abt the items and was told to call customer care,i asked why should i call because surely this is why the online chat is there,i was told they are busy,anyway i called in got through to Eugene who managed to source the items for me at blue route Mr Price and would have it delivered to vangate mall&advised it would take 2weeks,I called yesterday with the transfer number and was told by him that he cant tell me exactly where it is but its on its way,i asked for him to enquire where it is then i will go and fetch it no he cant do that he doesnt know where to look. Really,where is the customer service in this!! all i want is to know where the parcel is so that i can go and pay and collect it
