Useless and *********** staff and refund processes
Worst online service ever. Did an online order on 07.12.2019, the order was not put through but the funds went out of my account. I have been calling since to get my money and I still haven't received it. Bunch of useless staff..today I'm told the refund is delayed because of the holidays. But it's a month now waiting for that refund. *********** people! Worst service. I will never order from them again!!!!
