Useless and ***********

I have an issue where I'm unable to link my account for online purchases. I tried all the numbers they have and they are closed as per the voice message. They refer you to their useless WhatsApp chat where no one assist you I have logged an issue 6 months ago still no response. Today a Lungile response don't care to understand my issue and refer me to a website where i get the error hence I'm seeking assistance with. Is everyone on leave at MR price or are you all just lazy to assist your customers??? they even still have an old cell number of mine after 6 years i have asked them to update it ???
