URGENT

I have been trying to get hold of someone from head office to assist me with my deceased mother's pension fund. For the last 3 days, I have had no success as the head office number *** only allows me to select for store and insurance related queries. When I finally selected to hold for any other related queries, I held on for 20 minutes and then got cut off.

I the called a number *** for the group pension fund and it is the same issue with this number where it constantly rings and nobody picks up.
