Unwanted insurance

I have a problem with Mr price, I found that they have join me with 3 insurances that I have no knowledge of, when they agent called me I told her I don't want any insurance to my surprise months later I found out that I have insurances and I went to the nearest shop when the shop called they canceling department they never answered they calls for 2 hours, they just busy calling to collect they money but when I explain my situation to them they don't help.
