Unsatisfactory customer service

I ordered clothing items from Mr Price on the 26th of June, the app tells me in 6-9 days my parcel will be ready for collection at the Mr Price in Middelburg mall. I am still waiting and have absolutely no help whatsoever after asking continuously for assistance as to where my parcel is. This has shown me a very bad customer service and it is actually very sad, and will prevent me from ordering here in the near future.
