Unsafe store

so yesterday the 3rd of October 2020I went to Mr Price to make an exchange for my toddler around 11am in Gugulethu mall, little did i know that i would be a victim of crime inside a big store... my phone was in my pocket and then magically it was gone. i left the store crying coz no one even tried helping me, they did not even want to call the manager for me... i regret ever going there, the worst part is that they said there are no cameras there and the security people did not even search customers..... i am sooooo hurt and disappointed at mr price!
