Unresponsive and Unprofessional
Mr Price is the most unresponsive company. I contacted them via phone, but no answer. I have wrote on hellopeter, but still no answer. I just want to cancel my cellphone contract but they are not answering their phone and constantly placed on hold.
I am left with no choice but to file a formal complaint with the consumer protection ombudsman in order to cancel my cellphone contract.
