Unresolved complain

I bought a jean for my sister at Mr Price Gezina Mall. By the time she got to wear it my receipts was lost. She only manage to wear it once, then it was torn. I complained on Facebook on the 13 September 2020 at 06:56. They got back to me but the last thing that they said to me was for me to provide my account number. I never heard anything from them. On the 26th of January I wrote to them again. they said" they will get back to me till today.
