Unproffessional staff

Nthabiseng at Mr price clothing mall of Africa who was working at the till upstairs on Saturday the 20th of April 2023 around 18:11 is so not friendly, she is so rude and unproffesional. She needs to be taken for a customer service training because clearly she has not been to one. Her attitude stinks and something must be done about her behaviour towards customers. This is not how customers should be treated at Mr price regardless of whether they are doing laybuys or paying cash. I'm a regular shopper at Mr price and I shop there every month. I shop at Greenstone or Eastgate most of the time and I have never experienced such poor service. It was not my first time shopping at mall of Africa however, my overall experience on Saturday was so unpleasant. My cousin doesn't usually shop at Mr price so on Saturday I convinced her to come with me so we can do our shopping at Mr price. We stood in the queue for a short while and when it was our turn, as we were approaching Nthabiseng's till she said "Is this a laybuy?" Looking at our bucket that was full of clothes. I was so shocked at the fact that she didn't even bother to greet us and has already profiled us as people who don't have money but coming to laybuy. I felt so humiliated and I don't wanna lie I was offended by her question. We spent over R2000 coz I spent about R331 and my cuz spent about R1880. The lady who was standing behind them even passed a comment saying " some people have money". I don't really know what's going on there at Mr price Mall of Africa but your staff must be taken for CX training because their attitude towards your customers is not good for business. The level of professionalism in that place is Zero. Nthabiseng needs to be trained that customer experience is very crucial in a business. She must be trained on the importance of welcoming customers in a warm and friendly manner. She must remember that first impression last forever and stop ruining Mr price's reputation with her pertetic behaviour.
