Unproffessional cashier

Am so hurt and dissappointed the way the lady in Mr Price Mthatha Plaza handling customer known as Yolanda. I go there today to do shopping with my daughter as she needs to do a laybye. There is no note there informing customers that they do laybyes. When we reach the till I told the lady that we will do laybye she responded with a bad stinking attitude that they do laybyes as shocked as I am I asked since when because as far as I know Mr Price do laybyes she said not today we dont do laybyes and I asked again is it because its today at this time because it was around 3 she said we dont do laybyes and we dont have network. I asked if I can leave my clothes and come back tomorrow she just took the basket and throw it inder their counter I asked what time are they opening tomorrow she asked from another lady and the lady responded that I must come at 9h30 tomorrow. She didnt care less of what was happening as she saw that I am not happy..i asked for the manager from the security he tried to listen to my query and said the manager is not in . I asked for the supervisor he explained nicely that they do laybyes at any day but there is no nwtwork the cashier should have suggested that I must leave the clothes and come back tomorrow she will keep them safe. She is suppose to be a parker not to be in the front with that stinking attitude you will loose customers as I will never again shop there.
