Unprofessional store Manager

I was at your Woodlands store in Pretoria East yesterday and I wanted to do a refund on shoes I bought last month and I had my bank statements to prove the purchase because I don’t have the receipt anymore, however your manager was so rude and dismissive. She even shouted at me infront of other customers and told me that how can she be sure I bought the shoes from your store despite having the proof of payment. I would like to emphasise that I requested an exchange and not a refund for a product that was clearly damaged due to a factory fault, I understand that you provide fast fashion and that customer service isn’t really one of your biggest concerns given how your employees generally treat us when we ask for assistance whilst in your store however it’s completely unacceptable for your store manager to be dismissive and rude, not only is it unprofessional but also it speaks volumes about your company culture. Someone at management level should not carry themselves like that at all
