Unprofessional staff at Mr Price Kerk Street JHB

I spent a horrifying 45 minutes dealing with *********** staff at the Mr Price Kerk Street JHB CBD. I had two reasons why I was there. Firstly I wanted to return two pairs of shoes I bought for my daughter as they were small in size. Secondly I wanted to collect my order ********** 79995 which was delivered to the same store. Nokwanda didn't know what she was doing, she kept asking Noma, Lindiwe and Kuli to assist. They all wondered why my online proof of payment/invoice didn't reflect a docket number on it like it was my fault, no really they did, they looked at me like I'm crazy. They ALL couldn't figure out how to refund me. The more I tell them that I paid using my credit, the more they tell me that I must have paid by vouchers, so I was to blame because the system was not giving them the credit card option. At this point I was boiling and I felt humiliated. Eventually miss smarty pants decided to call the customer care and after hundred years of waiting for an answer, the call centre was able to guide these idiots on how to work their system. The refund transaction was done in a matter of minute. Nokwanda, who's intensions was to make me feel small the entire time I was there was asking me irrelevant questions just to **** time. What was even bad was the fact that everyone was all over the place chatting and arguing about their cleaning c****s, who did it the last time and who should do it next etc etc while I'm there desperately waiting to be assisted. Neo came for a few seconds and disappeared. I'm very disgusted and I want an apology for being humiliated like this and wasting time that I could have spent at work to be dealing with such incompetence. I've done way too many transactions online before and I will stick to it but I will NEVER again go into a Mr Price store! I'm done with the disgusting service.
