Unprofessional staff and very rude

I went to Mr Price today to pay my account while looking around i find interesting stuff to buy, unfortunately when I got to the till to pay, I couldn't't find my wallet in my bag seemed like I forgot in my car as I was using my husband's car. Told the lady that I forgot my wallet, I apologised for the inconvenience but the respond I got from her it was so rude that I asked myself which training did this particular person get about customer service. In my years of being with Mr Price I've never met such *********** RUDE staff like this one. I felt disrespected by this attitude I got from Mr Price staff today. I did not get the name of that rude lady but will definitely go back tomorrow to pay my account and get her name and put it up for everyone to see
