Unprofessional Staff!!

<p>My brother got apprehended at a Mr Price in Gateway mall for apparently *****ing a vest after he was shopping for his own clothes, when we asked if anybody saw the footage of him *****ing this item there was no answer, called the control room spoke to an English speaking guy there who refused to give his name but advised calls are recorded and transferred us to somebody else who also didn't give us his name and still nobody confirmed they saw the footage!!! Right now he has been taken by the SAPS to go to jail for a crime nobody can confirm he committed!!! This is unacceptable especially from a company as big as Mr Price and I really hope they have this footage otherwise all hell will break loose</p>
