Unprofessional slow service

Thank you to Lungile at Mr price WhatsApp support who could not answer any of the questions I asked about my order that I'm still waiting to be shipped ridiculous service I must say..if the app does not work then shipping takes forever.you guys are aware that its festive but for nothing to hurry up the process this is the worst online experience I have ever had at a store..unprofessional service not getting and clear answers at all...an order I placed Monday is shipped but the order I placed the Sunday is not please explain this???not happy will not be shopping with Mr Price again.
